Terms and Conditions

Kindly read all the points listed below before booking us.

• 1 Session is calculated as 4 hours of the shoot, 1 hour will be additional, beyond the time period, each hour will be charged based on the service you choose.

• The album designing process will start only after you shortlist your favorite images that will be delivered to you after 21 working days of the event. Once the designing process is over, we will share a PDF of the layout for you to overview.

• You can have up to 4 corrections in an album, additional corrections would cost Rupees 150 per correction. All corrections must be made in person in our office, we will be unable to take corrections over Call, Mail, or WhatsApp messages since it there has been a lot of miscommunication in the past.

• If you are unable to shortlist the images with 2 months of delivering then the designing process will take more time since we will be working on the next project.

• Traditional video footage length would be approximately 30 minutes to 1.50 depending on the event, tradition, and rituals. Please check our sample traditional video to get an idea about the output of the video. The only change that can be done in the traditional video would be to change the background music.

• 40% advance is required to block the date, another 40% on the day of the event, and the reaming 20% when all the deliverables are delivered.
